We currently require Manager Customer Support Services the following Requisites

bull; Having 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial position
(Capital Market/Financial Institutionsrsquo; experience will be a value added).
bull; Ability to develop and update customerrsquo;s services policies and procedures.
bull; Hands on in Customer Relationship Management
bull; Capability to serve and manage CSS functions independently

Qualifications amp; Skills Required

bull; The incumbent should be Masters in Business Studies / International Relation
bull; Sound knowledge of CSS software.
bull; Excellent interpersonal communication skill.
bull; Result oriented and self driven individual
bull; Possess strong problem solving skills
