We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Packaging sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves close collaboration with design, marketing, and production teams to develop functional, cost-effective, and sustainable packaging solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of packaging materials, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop innovative and visually appealing packaging.
• Select appropriate packaging materials including plastic, cardboard, and biodegradable alternatives based on product requirements.
• Ensure packaging solutions meet functionality, sustainability, and cost-efficiency goals.
• Manage packaging development budgets and timelines effectively.
• Conduct testing to ensure durability, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO).
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to source materials and oversee production quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and regulations to propose improvements and innovations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in packaging development or a related role.
• Knowledge of packaging materials and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with regulatory and safety standards (e.g., FDA, ISO).
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience with packaging testing methods and tools.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
