| Job Description: |
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and record all financial transactions in accounting software Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Reconcile bank statements and company accounts Handle accounts payable/receivable and payroll Prepare and file tax returns (sales tax, income tax, etc.) Maintain records of assets, liabilities, and capital Assist with audits and financial analysis Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role Must Have real estate experience (highrise projects) Strong understanding of accounting principles & tax regulations Excellent analytical and organizational skills Attention to detail and accuracy |
