We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Production Lead Technician / Supervisor / Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the assembly, testing, and quality control of UPS systems, industrial battery chargers, and EV charging stations.
As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will oversee the production floor, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with design, procurement, and service teams to deliver high-performance power products on time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Carry out assembly and testing of:
• UPS systems (1kVA–500kVA)
• DC battery charger units (24V/48V/110V/220V)
• AC and DC EV chargers
2. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical BOMs.
3. Conduct functional testing, load testing, and safety checks of completed units.
4. Ensure adherence to production plans, quality standards, and technical specifications.
5. Identify and troubleshoot faults in rectifiers, inverters, controllers, and protection systems.
6. Maintain production documentation, test records, and QA/QC reports.
7. Coordinate with design and engineering teams for continuous improvement and feedback.
Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Technology.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in production or assembly of UPS, battery chargers, or EV chargers.
Familiarity with:
Power electronics (rectifiers, inverters, SMPS)
Battery banks (lead-acid, lithium-ion)
PLCs or microcontroller-based control systems (preferred)
• Ability to lead a small production team and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Basic knowledge of testing instruments (multimeter, insulation tester, power analyzer).
• Working knowledge of ISO, IEC, or local electrical standards is a plus.
