Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and performance-driven Lead Ads Expert to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, managing, and optimizing lead generation advertising campaigns across Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Platforms (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.). You should have a proven track record in running successful ad campaigns, deep knowledge of audience targeting, A/B testing, and a strong grasp of CRM and automation tools that connect seamlessly with lead-based advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies through Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns for CPL (Cost Per Lead), lead quality, and conversion rate.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and copy.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad formats, targeting strategies, and landing page experiences.
  • Implement tracking tools like Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and UTM parameters for proper attribution.
  • Stay updated with latest platform updates, ad policies, and best practices for lead generation.
  • Integrate and manage lead flows with CRMs like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Meta’s native tools.
  • Recommend and implement automation solutions to improve lead nurturing and follow-up processes.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing Lead Generation campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Google Ads interface, Conversion APIs, and GA4.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and lead automation tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Bonus Skills (Preferred)
  • Experience with landing page builders (Unbounce, Instapage, etc.)
  • Familiarity with email automation tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for landing page or tracking tag adjustments
