We are seeking a skilled construction foreman with previous land compression experience at our ATTOCK site to oversee construction projects, manage crews, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, while specifically focusing on land compaction aspects of the project. This includes planning, directing, and coordinating work, managing resources, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Educational Requirements

The candidate must hold a Professional Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Academic Qualifications should be Intermediate or Bachelors.

Additional Vocational Diplomas and Certificates will be considered an added advantage.

Salary Package

The salary package offered is Rs 50,000, which may vary based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Measuring and mapping land boundaries using specialized equipment and technology.
• Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate the activities of construction crews and subcontractors, with a specific focus on land compaction activities.
• Manage the allocation of materials, equipment, and labour to ensure efficient project execution, particularly during land compaction phases.
• Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to project specifications, including proper soil compaction techniques and standards.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment, especially during heavy equipment operation and earthwork.
• Serve as a point of contact between workers, supervisors, and other stakeholders, effectively communicating project progress, issues, and changes.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues, including those related to land compaction, ensuring minimal disruption to the project schedule.
• May be required to operate some heavy equipment for land compaction, depending on the specific project requirements.
• Maintain records of work progress, safety inspections, and any relevant project documentation.
