Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and post regularly across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn
• Design and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content and campaigns accordingly
• Grow our brand visibility and community engagement
• Stay on top of social trends and platform updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing
• Strong portfolio or past results in audience growth, engagement, and ROI on ad spend
• Proficient with tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, YouTube Studio, and LinkedIn Ads
• Excellent content creation skills (visuals + copywriting)
• Strong understanding of branding and digital audience behavior
