Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns

• Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations

• Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve the best outcomes for clients

• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and real estate regulations

• Collaborate with team members, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software

• Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships

Qualifications

• Valid real estate license (required)

• Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field
