| Job Description: |
- Responsible for managing customers across the entire district, with the potential to extend responsibility to the tehsil level in special cases.
- Ensure market development at the grassroots level, including farms, shops, and the sub-dealer network.
- Address and manage customers' technical queries promptly, ensuring effective follow-up as needed.
- Ensure the timely recovery of payments related to the company’s account, and reconcile ledgers with dealers in the assigned area.
- Identify potential customers and areas to meet business targets.
