We are seeking an Assistant Accountant to support the accounting department with daily financial operations, recordkeeping, and administrative tasks, along with managing HR-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
• Operate and maintain biometric attendance machine for employee time tracking
• Ensure timely and accurate attendance records
• Assist with HR-related tasks, including tracking attendance, leave management, and supporting employee queries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years of HR experience
• Proven experience as an accounting assistant
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Busy Way, Tally)
• Ability to operate biometric attendance systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Good written and verbal communication skills
