We are looking for a proactive and responsible Networking Administrator to support and manage the company’s LAN/WAN infrastructure, IP surveillance systems, and ensure network security and smooth connectivity across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN networks (switches, routers, access points)

• Setup and maintenance of IP-based CCTV/NVR systems

• Manage network security including firewall settings, VPN access, and user control

• Administer IP management, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and NAT

• Conduct network monitoring and performance analysis

• Maintain system documentation and logs

• Field visits within the premises for maintenance and troubleshooting

• Coordinate with internal departments and third-party service providers

Job Requirements:

• 3 years of relevant hands-on experience (or more)

• Strong grip on networking protocols: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, VLAN

• Working experience with IP Cameras, DVR/NVR systems

• Understanding of firewall configuration, network access control

• CCNA, Network+, or related certifications (preferred)

• Ability to work independently under pressure and resolve critical issues efficiently

• Strong documentation and communication skills

Working Conditions:

• Field work required for maintenance and support across various locations within the facility

• Long working hours, particularly during technical faults, project deployments, or audits

• Shift timings may fluctuate in case of industrial events or security-related requirements

• Flexibility is essential due to on-ground operational needs
