We are a growing fiber internet service provider seeking a skilled Network Technician / Fiber Optic Technician to join our team. In this role, you will install, maintain, and troubleshoot our high-speed fiber optic network to ensure top-quality service for residential and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, splice, terminate, and test fiber optic cables (FTTH & FTTB).

• Set up and configure routers, ONTs, and network devices at customer sites.

• Troubleshoot and repair fiber optic lines, connections, and network outages.

• Conduct site surveys to determine installation needs.

• Perform routine maintenance on network infrastructure and keep accurate records.

• Work closely with the NOC and customer support teams to resolve issues promptly.

• Maintain safety standards and follow company protocols at all times.
