Job Purpose:
The GM – Corporate Services & Compliance will provide strategic leadership, direction, and oversight for key support functions within the organization, including
Human Resources, Administration, Maintenance, IT/MIS, Quality Assurance, Total Quality Management (TQM), Marketing, Legal, and Compliance.
The role is critical in aligning operational excellence with corporate objectives while ensuring adherence to global best practices.
The incumbent must bring MNC experience, ensuring structured, process-driven, and performance-based leadership across departments.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Governance
Lead and manage the strategic direction for all assigned departments.
Ensure functional alignment with the company's long-term vision, mission, and values.
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across departments.
Departmental Oversight
Supervise and mentor Department Heads of HR, Admin, Maintenance, IT/MIS, QA, TQM, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance.
Review departmental KPIs, performance dashboards, and action plans regularly.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve corporate objectives.
Policy & Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to legal, compliance, labor, safety, and environmental regulations.
Champion governance frameworks, SOPs, and audit readiness across all departments.
People Management
Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development across departments.
Build a culture of accountability, transparency, and innovation.
Process Optimization
Implement and monitor best practices in maintenance, MIS, quality assurance, and operational workflows.
Evaluate and integrate modern technology systems and digital solutions (ERP/MIS/HRIS).

Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role in an MNC or large corporate.
Proven track record of cross-functional team management, operational excellence, and strategic execution.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
High-level strategic thinking and organizational development.
Solid knowledge of Pakistan’s regulatory framework and international compliance standards.
Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Exposure to manufacturing setups – preferably footwear, chemical, or industrial sectors.
