| Job Description: |
We are looking for an energatic, self motivated sales & dispatch coordinator to assist our inbound and outbound operations.The Ideal candidate must have working experience of managing sales order & dispatch.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with transporter regarding the orders to dispatch.
- Communicate with suppliers, procurement, riders and staff for smooth operations.
- Make mechanism to receive, store and dispatch delivery order from warehouse/factory or unit.
- Supervise operations of processing delivery orders.
- Check daily delivery orders to make sure orders are accurate and correct before product is dispatched to customer.
- Ensure proper maintenance of party account.
- Handle all sort of sales and party account related issues.
