We are looking for an experienced project manager for our projects Located at different locations in Lahore and Faisalabad. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall construction process of Structure & infrastructure in housing projects. Your role will be to lead and coordinate with various stakeholders while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety throughout the Project Duration.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Project planning, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordination: Communication and collaboration among architects, consultants, and contractors. Manage the Coordination, scheduling and tracking of site visits, and technical team visits with various departments.
• Construction: Negotiate & administer construction and consultancy Agreements, supervise construction activities, Implement and enforce quality measures, and ensure compliance with building approvals, safety and quality standards. Follow up the civil works activities on sites (Making road, steel works, form works, maintenance works, etc.)
• Budget and Cost Management: Monitor project expenses, review cost estimates, and make necessary adjustments to stay within budgetary constraints. Make the plans, estimating cost, limitations, performance, schedule time, and budget of the project.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks, develop strategies to mitigate them, and implement proactive measures to maintain project schedule and quality.
• Progress Reporting: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and regulatory authorities, highlighting milestones, issues, and deviations from the plan.
• Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, change orders, permits, and inspection reports and facilitate project closeout.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience construction industry with focus on high-rise buildings.
• Excellent communication, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with relevant bye-Laws, building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
