Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare and analyze accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Assist in budget preparation, track performance against budget, and provide variance analysis.
• Accounting Operations:
  • Manage Accounts Payable (vendor invoices for procurement and other expenses) and Accounts Receivable (must have knowledge of handling installment plans).
  • Oversee daily cash management, bank reconciliations, and petty cash.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and other staff costs.
  • Maintain the fixed asset register.
• Inventory Accounting:
  • Manage inventory valuation and accounting for stock, including purchases, sales, returns, and write-offs.
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager for accurate store reconciliation and discrepancy resolution (for both tools and stock).
  • Ensure proper costing of all store items used in real estate business.
  • Proficient knowledge of overseeing job cards, job sheets.
• Taxation & Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with all Tax consultant requirements.
  • Communicate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
