Key Responsibilities: 

• Handle daily correspondence with export clients and maintain professional relationships. 
• Support product development, sampling, costing, and timely order execution. 
• Coordinate with internal teams and logistics for production and delivery timelines. 
• Prepare quotations, maintain sales records, and update trackers in ERP/CRM systems.
• Arrange necessary testing and certifications from local and international labs. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring quality service.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Experience: 2–3 years in an export-oriented textile unit. 
2. Education: BSc in Textile Engineering or MBA in Marketing/Supply Chain from an HEC-recognized institution. 

Technical Skills: 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). 
• Experience with ERP and CRM tools preferred.

General Skills: 

• Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal). 
• Excellent customer handling, email writing, and problem-solving abilities. 
• Good understanding of merchandising, costing, and order management.
