Job Description: |
As a Customer Support & Recovery Officer you will be the voice of our company, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with a positive attitude.
- Provide accurate information about projects, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying problems and offering effective solutions as per company policies and SOPs.
- Track and monitor all outstanding dues from clients
- Initiate contact (calls, emails, WhatsApp messages) to follow up on overdue payments.
- Negotiate and arrange suitable payment plans if necessary.
- Maintain detailed logs of recovery communications and commitments.
- Ensure professional and firm conduct in all interactions.
- Identify patterns or bottlenecks in payment delays and suggest process improvements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role (preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
