You will assist in the development of a seasonal collection focused on organic kidswear. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sustainable fashion design, trend research, and product development in a supportive and flexible remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design team in creating mood boards, color palettes, and collection concepts

• Assist in sketching and designing apparel styles for the kidswear line (infants to age 10)

• Conduct trend and market research focused on eco-friendly children’s fashion

• Select sustainable fabrics, trims, and finishes aligned with the brand’s vision

• Prepare technical drawings and tech packs for sampling and production

• Collaborate with the product development and sourcing teams

• Participate in virtual design meetings and contribute creative ideas

• Maintain documentation and support production follow-ups as needed

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Fashion Design or a related field

• Previous experience or portfolio demonstrating kidswear design, especially with organic or sustainable materials

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop

• Strong understanding of color, fabric, and garment construction

• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a remote setup

• Passionate about ethical fashion and sustainability in the apparel industry
