As a sewing machine operator, you will be responsible for stitching high-GSM hoodies using industrial machines as part of a production line. You will handle specific operations such as attaching sleeves, pockets, hoods, ribbing, and labels, depending on your assigned station.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate flatlock, overlock, coverstitch, or other relevant machines
• Work on high GSM Hoodies, Joggers, T-shirts and Jackets
• Sew garment components with accuracy, speed, and quality
• Follow stitching patterns and work instructions provided by the supervisor
• Maintain your machine and report any issues to the maintenance team
• Collaborate with other operators to meet daily production targets
• Ensure consistency in quality and finish of each unit
• Discuss projects and meetings with the project manager and owner
• Use tech packs (in English) to ensure garments are made exactly as required by the clients.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years operating industrial sewing machines (preferably in hoodie, fleece, or knitwear production)
• Knowledge of sewing operations like rib attachment, hood setting, and topstitching
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team Player: Willing to collaborate and maintain a positive work environment
• English required
