Plan, coordinate, and supervise all boxing gloves production activities. Ensure product quality meets international standards and client specifications. Manage and train production floor staff (cutting, stitching, packing teams). Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery. Maintain raw material inventory and coordinate with procurement. Implement and improve SOPs for production efficiency and quality control. Coordinate with design, sampling, and dispatch teams. Manage workforce, resolve issues, and ensure labor discipline. |
