We are seeking an experienced Manager of Security to oversee and implement security measures for our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety of employees, assets, and operations while maintaining compliance with security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures
• Supervise security personnel and manage security operations
• Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and external security firms
• Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security incidents
• Train staff on security awareness and emergency response

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Security Management, Administration, or a related field

Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in security management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
