Key responsibilities and duties
- Optimize resources, i.e., manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Align operations with committed ex-factory dates through effective production planning.
- Control DHU, WIP, and rejection rates.
- Achieve sewing operator capacity utilization as per SAM.
- Close sewing orders in accordance with the PPC plan
