| Job Description: |
We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our Hikvision store team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of sales experience and strong communication skills. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, handle phone inquiries, send product quotes, and educate customers about Hikvision security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and purchases Handle incoming phone calls and provide accurate information Prepare and send quotes to customers Explain the features and benefits of Hikvision products
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn – full product training will be provided - Must have a Computer (MS Office, Google Sheets etc.) & Internet Skills
