This is a full-time on-site role located in DHA EME Society, Lahore for a Customer Service Representative at Printing Ventures. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries (responding to phone calls, chats and a few emails), coordinate with design team, providing service information (what we can and cannot do).
Qualifications
- 2 Years of experience as a Customer Support Representative.
- Phone etiquette and talking skills (this is not a sales job).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Graduates with some experience are encouraged to apply
