| Job Description: |
We are looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our growing technical support team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with CNC cutting machines and be passionate about industrial automation and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of CNC cutting machines at client sites Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues Providing technical support and training to clients Coordinating with the service and sales teams for smooth project execution Preparing technical reports and documentation Ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of field experience, especially with CNC cutting machines Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel within Pakistan for field assignments Good communication and customer-handling skills
