• Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the organization
• Providing reports through office applications to improve business processes
• Analyzing business requirements and processes and recommending them to the management and executives for implementation
• Creating and maintaining documentation that includes the design, requirements and user manuals for the organization
• Identifying the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability

Education/ Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree with management science and strong analytical knowledge is required.
• Minimum of 2-4 years as Data Analyst.
• Experience with predictive analytics and linear regression, preferred
• Expert in the use of Microsoft Office products Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in gathering and organizing data from disparate sources and presenting findings to leadership in a way that is useful for decision support, benchmarking, and quality performance tracking.
• The ideal candidate will be comfortable in communicating alternative ideas with company Head’s related to information options and solutions.
