You will employ your collaboration and leadership skills to manage consulting services delivered to enterprise-level customers enabling them to achieve their higher business objectives.

Since, you will be working with world-class enterprises as your customers from around the world your consultative mindset and relationship building skills combined with your leadership and communication skills will create a great blend to deliver a WOW customer experience.


When you are working with us, you will be:

Leading a team of consultants to engage in world-class IM consulting with leading enterprises around the globe, creating a factor and everlasting relationships with customers

Leading the efforts to continually contribute towards operational excellence

Responsible and accountable to achieve your assigned revenue targets

Building and leading a team of A players and keeping them excited
You can get in, if you can prove that you:

Are a graduate in Engineering or related discipline

Are fit into our culture

Are an expert in at least 1 IM enterprise technology

Have knowledge of multiple business domains and fluent in at least 1 business domain

Have an ability to lead multiple projects concurrently

Have ability to inspire and create a positive influence on people

Have consultative selling ability

Have good email writing, presentation creation and documentation skills

Have an ability to create deep relationship with Customers and Partners

Have an ability to run a highly interactive session with audience

Have a constant drive for personal and organizational growth

Have ability to source and hire A players

Are very Proactive

Are outstanding in technical/business/sports/any other competitive area
