| Job Description: |
- Design and develop web products using PHP/JavaScript
- Implement new features and maintain existing code base
- Provide valuable input regarding the core architecture
- Reliable and self motivated
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- To be resourceful and creative in solving problems
- Follow coding standards and best practices
- PHP (3+ years) with strong Object Oriented programming skills
- Linux skills (command line, scripting, administration)
- Experience using MYSQL
- Working knowledge of backup, databases and file systems
- Knowledge/experience with Agile software methodology
- Experience working with a production environment with zero or very minimal downtime
- An understanding of design patterns
- Knowledge of version control with GIT preferred.
- Web Services (e.g. JSON, RPC, REST, XML, SOAP, etc.)
- Bug tracking software (e.g. JIRA, FogBugz, etc.)
- PHP Frameworks (e.g. CodeIgniter, Symfony, Zend, Laravel, etc.)
