Job Objective:
Responsible for efficient and effective implementation and support of talent acquisition framework, which includes sourcing, recruitment operations and employer branding activities with the aim to acquire the best possible talent.
Job Responsibilities:
Execute recruitment operations in an efficient manner whereby ensuring job offers, job changes, internships and associated tasks are completed in time and with accuracy
Prepare monthly reports capturing recruitment and selection statistics in order to provide a snapshot of recruitment trends whilst highlighting areas of improvement.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for internal branding material and associated communication whilst also playing a proactive role in the participation of employer branding activities such as career fairs, networking nights, forums etc.
Respond to recruitment related queries routed by Talent Acquisition Team ensuring that they are in line with established guidelines.
Ensure effective and efficient implementation of recruitment policies and procedures to enable Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Managers in selecting the best possible candidates.
Undertake departmental projects initiatives whilst focusing on continuous improvement pertaining to talent acquisition.
Maintain up to date FTE OS headcount data and HC report.
Maintain up to date HC mapping of employees on the relevant org. structures.
Key Performance Indicators:
Vacant positions to be closed within 30 working days with 100% compliance to recruitment procedures.
Inform stakeholders of recruitment timelines whilst ensuring continuous follow up and closure within the available time frame.
Ensure clear communication and undergo sanity checks for accuracy while acquiring approvals or disseminating related information.
Prepare and present monthly/quarterly dashboards pertaining to the area of recruitment staffing.
Confidentiality while handling sensitive information during the recruitment procedure.
