As the leader of the production and quality team, your primary responsibility will be to drive operational efficiency and maintain product excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
• Establish and enforce quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor production schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in textile production and quality management, preferably in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control methodologies, and textile industry standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
• Proficient in using production management software and tools.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
