ADDMORE  is looking for Production Manager.

Key responsibilities & duties: 

• Supervise execution of Production Plan in Garment in Production. 
• Ensure compliance to customer requirements on floor for product quality consistency.
• Design process flow for new products and carry out “first time run” checks.
• Implement quality checks to ensure product meets required quality standards.
• Ensure proper closing of orders in the given timelines.
• Evaluate performance of team and look for ways to increase productivity.
• Closely Follow weekly and monthly shipment plan to achieve targets Troubleshoot daily issues on floor in coordination with IE & Quality Teams.
• Supervise Customer Quality Assurance and Final Audit Inspections.

Skills & Competencies required: 

• Excellent People Management skills
• Good & following instructions and working in a team
• Experience in method and time study to evaluate work methods Able to execute daily production.
