• B.S. degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent technical discipline
• Should value the requirements fully and start discussions with concerned people to seek clarifications on unclear/unspecified requirements
• Responsible for testing of assigned projects including writing and executing the test cases
• Responsible for preparing scenario matrix
• Defect management which includes logging, reviewing tracking the bugs
• Maintaining and keeping up to date all the testing related documents

Professional Skills:

• Should be familiar with Software Testing Life Cycle, STLC
• Should have a test to break attitude and should be able to design positive & negative test scenarios based on the validation on controls
• Should be able to do both functional and non-functional testing
• Should be able to do Black box and White box testing
• Should be a good teammate, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks
• Ability to estimate task durations and meet schedules
