Job Description: |
To draft policies, SOPs, instructions and job descriptions for all departments.
- Implementing CQI program as per requirement of the PHC.
- Liason with Government departments such PHC, Irrigation department for dengue patients & other related departments.
- To document, implement and maintain international quality standards including ISO 9001 & 14001.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are well documented and implemented, revise them when required, and perform occasional internal reviews and identify compliance problems.
- Provide assistance to internal and external auditor in compliance review.
- Conduct Quality Improvement (CQI) meetings on a regular basis.
- Arrange trainings for emergency preparedness, first aid and social compliance.
- To ensure that all processes within the company are according to approved procedures, records and documents.
- To manage customer/patient complaints and maintain corrective action record. Cooperate and coordinate with other departments head/managers for planning, scheduling and implementing company work assigned by directors.
- Introduce an affective "Customer Feedback System" that helps the hospital understand the quality requirements in a better way and improve the interaction with patients and other customers to know about the quality of the hospital and their satisfaction from the hospital services.
