| Job Description: |
E-BizSoft is looking for a Dynamics AX/365 Functional Consultant for its Microsoft Dynamics ERP team.
- The successful candidates will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Responsibilities
- Support and train end-users and team members with Dynamics 365.
- Requirements gathering, specifically for Dynamics 365 implementations and customizations. Analyze and document these requirements.
- Work closely with client, functional and technical teams to implement solutions within Dynamics AX/365.
- Migrate existing Dynamics GP and AX implementations to Dynamics 365.
- Set and meet expectations with team members and client end users.
- Communicate with customers about support and project requirements.
Skills and Experience
- Experience with Dynamics 365 is required, specifically with Finance, Operations, and HR (including Payroll) business areas.
- Experience with Sales and Commerce business areas will be a plus.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 customizations and external integrations will be a plus.
- Experience with business and financial accounting principles required.
- Strong customer communications and good English verbal/written communications are required.
- Strong business analysis skills including documentation skills.
- Minimum of 3 years implementation or support experience with Dynamics 365.
- Minimum of one full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementation (analysis to deployment).
- Minimum of 6 years overall ERP and financial accounting systems experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, business administration, or finance.
