As part of our development team we, at Inertia Soft Private Limited are looking to bring in a Senior Full Stack Developer (Tech Lead) that will help shape and drive the technical output of our projects.

• The role involves design, build and deployment of new features to our web application along with customizing ready-made solutions as per needs of our customers.
• Our developers work together as a unit to understand and solve technical challenges.
• All of our engineers pride themselves on the attention to detail, the small details that accumulate into a great experience for our end users.
• We want someone to bring their expertise into our collaborative team & help us deliver on our next round of product growth.

Skills and Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in Node.js, React and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience in Node.js Rest APIs, Web development, NodeJS frameworks like Express / Koa.
• Have a strong background in front-end technologies, specifically HTML5, CSS, Ajax, JavaScript, and React.
• Hands-on experience in RDBMS or NoSQL Databases·
• Hands-on experience of API’s deployment on Linux machines.
• Understanding of code versioning tools (Git, Git Flow)·
• Can work in agile development methodologies and practices· 
• Familiar with QA activities and is able to write Unit Tests.
• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience as a Team lead or similar leadership position·
•  Familiar with Design Patterns· 
• Hands on experience of cloud platform such as AWS, Heroku and Google Cloud etc·
• Capable of Code Reviews, Code standardization, and Code security compliance·
• Familiar with technical documentation and API documentation·
• apable of developing estimates and schedules against the project requirements.
• Hands-on experience of DevOps will be a bonus·  
• Mentor junior developers.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
