| Job Description: |
Sigma Digital Solutions is looking for an experienced Magento Developer.
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in PHP, LAMP, and Web programming
- Expert level skills in PHP, HTML/ XHTML5, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, jQuery
- Magento 2.x Developer
- Must have the ability to develop Magento Modules and Customization, Extension Development.
- Demonstrable knowledge of API integration, Payment Gateways, Shipping, etc.
- Full understanding of the Magento themes and templating systems.
- Strong understanding of Performance Tuning, Browser Compatibility, SEO Practices, and Version Control.
- Skilled in Linux, Apache, MySQL, Postgres
- Knowledge of PHP development framework(s)
- Experience in Object-oriented development
- Experience in PHP based forum software would also be a benefit (phpBB, vBulletin, etc)
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience working with Git and DevOps process
- Experience with RedMine, ActiveCollab, or other collaborative tools is an advantage
- Certifications in PHP and various database technologies is an advantage.
