| Job Description: |
For a Polymer Extruded Production Company:
- To ensure finished product meets customer requirements
- Creation of safe work environment
- Quality SOP development & implementation
- Calculation of Quality Costs & minimization strategies
- Ensuring active resolution of customer complaints. Will involve Market visits.
- Quality testing of raw material and finished product
- Laboratory management. Troubleshooting and calibration of equipments.
- Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Control Charts
- Monitoring QC performance
- Sampling Inspection on Checking Fixtures at Quality Gate.
- Looking at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Responsible For Data and Check Sheets Updating
- Responsible to make Ensure that all the process is going according to Standards.
- In-process Inspection of Production
- Reporting of relevant data and analysis to top management
- Other tasks that the company may assign
