YumyApps is looking to hire a Developer for Android apps development.

• It is a executive position reporting to Mobile Apps Manager.
• As a member of development team, the person will be the Android subject matter expert and will share knowledge and expertise with the development team to enable achievement of all app goals.
• He will be required to manage the development and maintenance of the functionality of the apps.
• He is expected to stay abreast of latest technologies and share new ideas and techniques that are relevant to the app.
• Candidate should have a hands on experience developing content based apps including development, UI design, API integrations, bug fixing, marketing, analytics and performance.
• We are looking for young and highly motivated IT professionals, who should be willing to adopt changing technologies and possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits.
• The selected candidates will work with trained IT professionals to create beautiful and engaging apps for users all over the world.

Responsibilities:

•      Design and build beautiful, practical and advanced applications for Android platform.
•      Developing and implementing new features and user interfaces.
•      Work with outside data sources and APIs.
•      Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
•      Writing clean, readable and testable code.
•      Use modern architectural patterns, third-party libraries to deliver new features.
•      Able to meet tight deadlines and schedules.

Requirements:

•      The candidate should have at least Bachelor’s degree from reputable institute.
•      Should have at least 2-year experience of Android Mobile Application Development.
•      Experience of creating XML UIs for varying devices and aspect ratios.
•      Understanding of Google’s design principles and interface guidelines.
•      Solid understanding of Object-Oriented programming.
•      Familiarity with cloud messaging APIs, push notifications, mobile analytics.
•      Experience with offline storage, muti-threading and performance tuning.
