The incumbent Draftsman is a part team of our team as an essential team player, in the designing and building of highly complicated and specialized manufacturing facilities. He/she will be an aptitude for architectural, construction, and mechanical drafting, as well as a willingness to work hard to build facilities that feed the world; will ensure the incumbent draftsman as a key factor of our organization.

Essentially the go to person for every drawing that flows into or out of emergent. It is a position of great responsibility, requires not only excellent AutoCAD skills, but also good communication skills, organizational abilities, and the strongest possible focus on quality.

• Should be aware and updated about latest techniques and practices


• Should have strong knowledge of software and skills in drafting like AutoCAD, Photoshop etc. 


• Creating and altering construction sketches by latest techniques and methods


• Ongoing drawing focused collaboration with project managers and design consultants


• Management and organization of all Emergent CAD drawings


• Printing of CAD drawings in various formats and packages, and delivering them to the correct contact in a timely manner


• 2D modeling and drafting of all designs interior and exterior


• Sites visiting and perform elevation work and section details


• Draft stair details and Interior working


• Propose and draft complete Interior details plan


• References image and sheets composing


• Draft or draw electrical details and public health drawings


• Create accurate CAD drawings from hand sketches, verbal instructions, and site visits


• Seamlessly integrate and work with manager or head design,consultants and sub-contractors, to produce and alter drawings


• Think creatively and critically to support the project team in the design process, to create sketches and drawings that work


• Create and continually update project drawings lists and bring innovation with time


• Print various formats of drawing sets for supervisor and clients for discussion


• Systematically save sketches and drawings on our CAD system/server; keeping the server organized; update project folders and files as jobs progress and revisions are made


• Exhaustively review and check sketches and drawings for errors, before being sent to architects, subcontractors, project managers, etc.
