We currently have a vacancy for a Network Administrator in our Information Technology Department. The Position is Karachi based.

REQUISITES

BS Computer Science

Minimum 5 Year experience, preferably from Internet Service Provider.

Good hands on experience on Routing, Switching, Firewalls, VPN Concentrators, DSL modems, IDS, IPS load balancers etc.

Vendor Certifications (Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet etc.)

Hands on experience of defining and implementing system security
procedures and policies.

Sound understanding of network topologies, protocols, tools, Layer 3 technologies like IP Addressing and Subnet, Supernat, NAT/PAT, DNS etc.

Hands on experience of (DXX, Fiber, Frame Relay circuit, ISDN Lines, Internet Circuits, DSL lines and Dark Fiber)

Basic Knowledge of Linux and Windows Server Installation, Services and Maintenance.

SOFT SKILLS / QUALITIES

Strong IT skills

Strong interpersonal and soft skills

Ability to lead and work within a team, under pressure and meet deadlines.

Good communication skill, decision making and problem-solving skills
