Job Description:

We are looking for Graduates/diploma holders with 3 years’ experience of site acquisition work, obtaining NOCs, conducting surveys and preparing necessary reports with any telecom contractor, vendor or operator. Main responsibility of Site Acquisition assistant will be to work on ground for hunting of suitable candidates for BTS site installation. He will ensure that

• Identify three Candidates as mandatory requirement for each nominal and provide justification in case of less than 3 candidates.

• Ensure there is Commercial power availability and in case of load shedding, trend should be shared with SSRs.

• Negotiate rent with site owners and ensure it is within approved rental slab.

• For proper installation, check area profile thoroughly and share terrain details.

• For un-acquirable nominal, prepare a detailed presentation with pictorial evidences.

• Ensure documentation of all activities as per customer requirement.

• Assist customer team during TSSR and other activities.

• Visit Govt. authorities offices for different NOCs and follow-up for timely completion of tasks.
