An Agriculture farm based in Muridke, Sheikhupura District, is looking to hire a resource.

 The person will be responsible for:

• Operations and management of independent drip-irrigation systems.
• Developing comprehensive irrigation and fertigation schedules tailored to each crop.
• plant registration/documentation. Day-to-day crop management, implementation of agronomic practices.
• Quality assurance and yield enhancement
• Maintenance of soil health
• Managing daily farm Activities
• Have knowledge about breed of animal
• Have knowledge about feed of animal
• Must have more than 05-07 years wide experience of running dairy farm independently.
• Availability of animals as per required milk quantity
• Knowledge of Control shed operation
• vaccination of animal
• Must have a passion for and experience in agriculture.
• Must ensure that all resources: diesel, labor, water, fertilizer, and seed be used with the best possible efficiency.
• Must be answerable for everything that happens on the farm and should not blame others for work not done.
• Must be able to encourage people to work and get work out of them.
• Must hold others accountable for work. Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the traditional methods of agriculture
• Must be able to learn new methods of agriculture and listen to expert’s advice
• Must ensure that all farm implements are used with care and best efficiency
• Must be at the site where work is happening and ensure it is done as needed
• Must understand that they are responsible for taking care of every aspect of the farm.
• An onsite test will be conducted for experience.
