Job Description: |
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
- Dealing with insurance companies, Social Security & EOBI
- Making sure availability of electrical equipment, Sanitation &Security.
- To maintain the record of car, motor cycles, computer and record of the same issued to employees.
- To maintain the record of handing taking over of vehicles, bikes, computers.
- To maintain and update record of Insurance, Registration and Log Books of all cars, bikes, pick-ups, tractors.
- To check and sign the attendance register weekly.
- Make different SOP’s for smooth working of the company.
- Checking all expenses of employees and verifying the amounts.
- Coordinated and manages the various administrative activities for an organization.
- Head Office Budgeting for Expense Control.
- Ensure that every subordinate is working as per defined JD’s.
- Manage complete data of your subordinate is your responsibility.
- To take required action legally or personally against theft, fraud or any other violation.
