| Job Description: |
The project shall comprise expansion of Post-Graduate Medical Institute, Hospital & a School of Nursing and Residency to promote medical education in the country.
QUALIFICATION: B.E (Civil Engineering or Architectural) from a reputed University recognized, knowledge / experience related to the field medical construction shall be preferred. Well versed in Computer skills with basic software knowledge of Civil Engineering technique.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 7-10 years experience in the relevant field, construction of Buildings, Universities, Medical Institutes or Hospitals.
RESPONSIBILITIES: He will assist & provide technical support services to the Project Director. Proper Liaison with the appointed Project Consultant / Contractor / Vendor in regard to designing, preparation of technical proposals, tender invitation, supervision of construction activities, quality and timely completion of project. To prepare ongoing projects reports, latest progress activities, evaluate project performance of functional areas. Retired Army Civil Engineers may also apply. |
