Monitoring / Verification specified dailsy basis Reports.

To maintain Internal Calibration Records 

Ensure compliance over control of Non Conforming product 

To raise a report of any defective product.

Ensure timely movement of non conforming products.

Inspect the re-worked product for conformance against Quality plan.

To take follow ups and ensure completion of task as specified in SOPs.

To ensure and follow all procedures and documentation as per specified in ISO compliance Policy.

To ensure that plans are being implemented as per Quality plan.

To ensure that Testing Protocols will be followed as defined in the policy.

Ensure thorough testing is being done by Quality Officers.

To ensure quality of product in line with the specs defined for each product. 

To ensure that QC lab should be properly managed & tidy.

To work with the production team in identification of causes of product/process failures and their solutions.

To have close coordination with Yard Staff to prevent delays in supply of material to the production depts. 

To delegate task to the team and follow up to ensure the timely completion task.
