1)5-15 years working experience.

2)be good at in A-Z procedures in project tendering/bidding like projects from NHA and WAPDA.

3)very professional in making Technical Proposal in bidding documents.

4)Or very professional in Cost Estimate of BOQ in Financial bidding documents.

5)can travel other places out of Islamabad on business offenly.

6)having project management experience at least in one civil or road project.

7) should have at least B.E degree.

8) age no more than 45 years old.

9)good at English speaking,reading,writing,and listening. good at Office and cumputer.
