| Job Description: |
The ideal candidate should:
- Hold a Bachelors and/or MBA/Masters degree in Management or any related field
- Have 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
Job Description:
- Liaise with, schedule and handle Legal Department s meetings, official travel, appointments, correspondence, queries etc. within and outside Mobilink.
- Maintain the official record of documents/files of Legal Affairs .
- Manage routine administrative chores of all Legal Affairs department.
- Coordinate and execute all legal and company secretarial documents from Director Legal Affairs / Company Secretary.
- Provide support/help to entire LA team by catering to its day-to-day administrative needs/requirements.
- Schedule and handle training and travel related tasks of LA team.
- Coordinate and handle arrangements of travel and accommodation for outsource lawyers throughout the country.
- Review and prepare synopsis of data/plaints.
Essential Skills:
- Self-directed, motivated and work independently
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in operating MS Office Suit
- Possess excellent organization and planning skills
Desirable Skills:
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of MS Project would be desirable
