| The ideal candidate should:
- Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Sciences/Engineering or Telecommunication
- Have 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
Job Description:
- Work in 24x7 roaster shifts to ensure availability and Performance monitoring of CRM and POS Systems
- Daily Reporting of system health checks and application databases performance
- Troubleshoot system and database related issues
- Change Request Deployment and Testing
- Resolve the Operational Tickets logged by the various business departments
- Liaison with vendors for the resolution of the issues
- Liaison with various business departments to fulfill the business requirements
- Perform reconciliations with various other Business Support Systems
Essential Skills:
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system problems.
- Team Player, Self-motivated
Desirable Skills:
- Basic Experience Oracle database, MS SQL Server UNIX, Linux, Webservers.
- Expert level proficiency required in, SQL, Software Development, Design and Advance level in any programming language
