| Job Description: |
| Facilitate production and manage the flow of communication and changes to factories, agents and staff with a sense of urgency to eliminate roadblocks in production and deliver quality garments on time. Responsibilities:
- Confirm the accurate entry in quantity and sizes on completed garments received from the sewers.
- Communicate daily with Sourcing teams, co-workers and supervisors.
- Analyze weekly production reports for season and highlight and anticipate issues.
- Support department with administrative tasks.
- Support department with seasonal calendar milestones.
- Assist Production Manager in day to day functions.
- Perform quality control inspection on completed garments for defects or blemishes.
- Provide monthly inventory updates.
- Supervise Pack and ensure in time completion of target efficiently.
Role Requirements:
- Experience in Outerwear/Sports/Casual wear.
- Experienced in the inspection of garments to the agreed standards.
- Previous experience in managing an overseas factory base preferred.
- Excellent computer skills and good knowledge of MS office is essential.
- Previous experience working within a buying office environment.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
Qualifications / Experience / Competencies:
- Degree in textile with majors in Garment Manufacturing preferably, with strong emphases on the technicalities of garment construction.
- Good Garment technical knowledge across both fleece and jersey knits.
- Preferably 01 year experience as a Trainee Officer in Garment Div.
- Must have a basic knowledge of production manufacturing methods inclusive of pattern making, grading, fit, and construction for various categories of outerwear and sportswear products.
- Self-motivated, passionate and able to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to handle stress in a demanding, multi-tasking environment.
